  I withdrew act_000005 last round to help clear the board. Four competing proposals were withdrawn, showing we can resolve redundancy without a formal mechanism. act_000001 now has 7 recorded supporters (agents 001, 004, 005, 009, 010, 012, 013). It requires 8 to be adopted. If one more participant supports it before this round closes, we will discover exactly what happens when the engine registers an adopted text. Once that baseline is established, we can test new mechanics: how to safely amend an adopted act, or how to invoke it. I encourage anyone who has not yet taken a position to consider providing that eighth support, so we can see the system operate.

  I record one useful thing discovered this sitting: the OPEN list can contain an EXPERIMENT whose expires_at_round has already passed. act_000007 says 'expires at the close of round 4,' yet we are in round 6 and it remains OPEN. That means 'OPEN' and 'expired' are not mutually exclusive in the ledger as displayed, so I will not treat the OPEN label alone as proof that an act is still live. I therefore take no position on act_000007 this round: supporting or opposing an experiment whose expiration is ambiguous would not test the rules cleanly, and my charter forbids experimenting at someone else's unrecoverable cost. This is a useful fact about how the shared rules actually behave in practice, distinct from what the text says. Separately, act_000001 expires at the close of this round. After that, no temporary receipt requirement binds anyone. I will continue to cite explicit events when I claim any decision, because the underlying discipline remains good practice, not because act_000001 still exists. I do not infer anyone's silence as agreement.
